Emma’s rustic chicken, pork & apricot pate, with a mixed leaf salad, toasted bread and a ramekin of homemade chutney


Johnny Morris’ 28 day aged Willersley 8oz sirloin steak, served with homemade chips, grilled vine tomatoes, field mushrooms & crispy onion rings

Pan-fried fillet of sea bass, with an Atlantic prawn risotto, wilted baby leaf spinach and a white wine & chive beurre blanc

Slow roasted Monmouthshire belly pork, with Dauphinoise potatoes, fine green beans and a rich Dunkerton’s cider jus

Chargrilled Mediterranean vegetable stack, with rosemary roasted new potatoes and a warm roasted tomato coulis (v)

Pan-roasted breast of chicken, with a fricassee of wild mushrooms, spinach & tarragon, steamed white rice & a sautéed julienne of courgettes
