Roasted vegetable soup, topped with crumbled blue cheese, crusty bread (v)

Rustic chicken, pork & cranberry paté, with dressed mixed leaves, toasted bread & a ramekin of apple & mango chutney

Duo of smoked salmon and poached salmon paté, with a mixed leaf salad and crusty bread

Shallot and goats cheese tart tatin with dressed mixed leaves (v)

Main Courses

Roasted breast of local turkey, served with pigs in blankets, a chestnut stuffing, roast potatoes, cranberry sauce & gravy

Chargrilled 6oz Willersley Court sirloin steak (served rare), with dauphinoise potato and a port & red wine jus

Pan fried fillet of sea bass with confit leek, lemon beurre blanc and roasted herbed potatoes

 Cajun vegetable roast with wild mushroom gravy (v)

A delicious selection of vegetables with be served for all at the table


Traditional Christmas pudding, with brandy butter and pouring cream

Cherry and chocolate crumble with a creamy custard

Malteser and amaretto cheesecake, chocolate sauce & vanilla ice cream

Raspberry and white chocolate parfait, with fruit coulis & raspberry ripple ice cream

Local cheeseboard with crackers, grapes, apple & a homemade chutney

Tea or Coffee with scrumptious homemade treats

  1. A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person will be taken on completion of the booking form. Payment should be made to Tram Wood Ltd sort code 535041 account number 61162612.
  2. Pre-orders are required 10 days before the date of your booking.
  3. Bookings on the Christmas menu can be taken for 6 people or more.  Bookings for fewer than 6 people can be taken upon special request (conditions apply).
  4. It may be necessary to split larger bookings into smaller seating groups.
