Starters

 Soup of the day, served with fresh bread (v)

Cocktail of crayfish tails & Atlantic prawns, with dressed mixed salad leaves & freshly baked bread bread

Emma’s coarse chicken & pork pate, served with a salad garnish, toasted bread and a ramekins of homemade apple & mango chutney

Honey glazed goat’s cheese, served with a roasted red pepper, butternut squash & mixed leaf salad (v)

Main Courses

Roasted Leintwardine beef (topside served pink), Yorkshire pudding & gravy

Well-done roast topside of Herefordshire beef, Yorkshire pudding & gravy

Roast loin of Monmouthshire pork, sage & onion stuffing, crackling, apple sauce & gravy

Roasted chicken breast, with a smokey bacon tie, homemade stuffing & a rich gravy

(All meat dishes are served with goose fat roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables)

Grilled fillet of South Coast hake, served with dill crushed new potatoes, sauteed spinach and a lemon & prawn butter sauce

Roasted beetroot, sweet potato and Hereford hop tart, served warm, with buttered new potatoes, salad & ramekin of beetroot pesto (v)

Desserts

Traditional bread & butter pudding, with a creamy vanilla custard

Tangy lemon posset, with Chantilly cream & stem ginger cookies

Sticky toffee pudding, butterscotch sauce & pouring cream

Cheesecake of the day, served with dairy ice cream

Individual chocolate & cherry sponge, with chocolate sauce & pouring cream
